Thi-Qar Medical Journal is an open access journal that provides all readers with free download, printing, copying, searching, and linking to the full text of all articles. An Open Access journal can increase the visibility and impact of an author's work.

Article Processing Charge (APC)

Thi-Qar Medical Journal charges an Article Processing Charge (APC) of 150,000 Iraqi Dinars (IQD) or 100 US Dollars (USD) per accepted manuscript. This fee covers editorial processing, peer review coordination, typesetting, DOI registration, and permanent online archiving of the article.

There is no submission fee — authors are charged only upon acceptance of their manuscript. There is no additional charge for colour figures or images.

Fee Waiver Policy

Thi-Qar Medical Journal does not currently offer a fee waiver programme. Authors experiencing financial hardship may contact the editorial office to discuss their situation on a case-by-case basis.

Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer, Western Union, or MoneyGram.

Payment instructions will be sent to the corresponding author as soon as the manuscript is accepted. No payment is required at submission or during peer review.
